In 2012, we got the idea to open an Argentinean restaurant. And so caught fire that they went to discover America for themselves. Latin, of course.
In search of details and secrets of the cuisine, we visited Argentina, Brazil, Chile. 6 months after returning, we opened La Vaca
Completing the kitchen, we set ourselves the task - there must be a real Argentinean parilla. And no compromises)
Interior details - furniture and decor, bought in Argentina and Chile, as well as in the flea markets of Spain - Barcelona "Encants Nou" and Madrid "El Rastro"
Our chef Dmitry Bronshtein has undergone culinary training in Latin America
and learned to do the same empanadas that even grandmother Maria Cristina will not distinguish from her own!
